I use this item in my office .. I love the fact that I don't have to have several items in my office just the one unit

As far as shipping, it had to be one of the best packaged products I've received. Double-boxed and well padded.
One thing that caught my attention during setup was the instructions for disinfecting the cooler & recommendations to repeat every 3 months. WTF?? I liked this unit because it said it was self cleaning! I think the water cooler function is awesome. Frigid H2O every time. I think the second glass out is typically colder than the first. The fridge in the bottom, I'm a bit disappointed in. I took an already frosty cold 12 pack of Reds out of the kitchen fridge & put in the bottom (did fit nicely). The next day I checked & they barely feel cool. Temp is set fro 39 deg F, the coldest it'll let me set it to. I need to get a thermometer and check the temp before I complain about that. I bought a service plan with it, so if the temp's not up to snuff, we'll see how that works out. I'll post more when I get better info. I was willing to spend the nearly $400 price of this...
Excellent
Just got the machine June 2013. The machine is working perfectly and the wine cooler is nice. But it only holds 3 bottles at a time and I really wanted it for extra cold storage for sodas and things. I would highly recommend it. It always serves nice fresh clean cold water and hot when desired.
