I'm big on milk-based coffees - my go-to is a Latte - and I haven't been a fan of fully automatic machines because I've always felt that while they were easy to use, the drinks just never tasted as good.

Positive attributes of this cappuccino machine include the settings allow for choice of temperature, strength of espresso shot, and amount of espresso dispersed per cup. You can also program your favorite drinks and save under your name. The taste of the coffee and latte is comparable to a top-rated coffee shop. Having the machine is a time-saver because you don't have to clean the milk steamer. Also, I like that the machine grinds the beans and loads the grinds for you because there is less mess.
One negative characteristic is that occasionally, the screen asks to run automatic program/clean-up. It can be a hassle to go through the steps when you are running late in the morning. The water tank is a fairly large size, so water loading is minimal. Also, the disposed water tray is a long, flat shape, so it is hard to empty the water without spilling it. The noise level is loud for a moment when it grinds the beans, but seems to be less noise than when you use a standard...
