I actually modified the side cut outs and can now use them on my L'Equip Dehydrator. The ones that company supplies are a joke, thinner than a take out lid and less than 1/4" thick. These have a generous bumper for the frothy fruit blend I use to make fruit leather.

Really very good
I like the sloped sides and area around the center hole. I have a large Cabela's dehydrator, so I fit two of these on a shelf. You need to put a very thin layer of cooking oil before laying out your fruit paste or yogurt. Cleans nicely.
