Went to the famous Chef Tom Douglas Summer Camp and we learned to make hand made Tortilla's with a wooden press - so I was on the hunt to find the same or similar model and this is it! Perfect Tortilla's every press. Don't waste your time on the cast or metal ones they fall apart.

I like my tortilla press alot!
I like the look of the wood out on my counter. I like the fact that I can control the size of the tortilla, and it seems sturdy.

It works
Well we wanted to make homemade tortillas and ordered this press. I was afraid I would break the thing with a lot of pressure, but didn't. Masa was probably a little thick. Trial and error
