Bella Cakesicle Maker

My neice and I bought this this weekend. It was on clearance for $5 at Target. So my expectations weren't so high. But for $5 I decided to take a shot with it.
Got it home, fired it up, and I was highly impressed.
It is wonderful. Took about 2 minutes to heat up and once the batter was in it took less than a minute for the cakesicles to come out.
They are a little smaller than you would think but for a little treat they are PERFECT!

Failed Execution
I bought this item in a brick and mortar store on clearance due to the store going out of business. I'm glad I only paid $7. This machine is a good idea, but the finished product does not satisfy.

It does make cakesicles, but the finished products are fairly small/thin. I was thinking it would be something the size of a Twinky or even a tad smaller. The cakesicles from this thing are a little thicker than a popsicle stick - they even give you 10 sticks in the box. I don't see how you can make one fit without tearing the cake.

The cakes cook in about two minutes, but due to the small size you will be pouring batter for about a half hour (for one box of cake mix).

I suggest skipping this.
