coffee maker would not heat, switch defective, returned
Used this coffee maker 1 time, worked fine. Then would not heat, suspect a defective switch. Returning this product My order was sent in a timely manor and arrived in seemingly good shape. But sadly I had to return.

I read a lot reviews before purchasing this machine none that were very convincing . Truth is I had one similar to this one only older with the cone filters and much bulkier unit. This one is much better and the reservoir does not leak! There is a hole in the back of the machine. as long as you don't fill past the hole it will not leak. I recommend this machine highly.

We really like it but...
it doesn't have a programmable feature. We fixed that easily enough. We went to the hardware store and purchased a digital timer. The only other thing we noticed was whoever makes the carafes didn't mold the spout on one of them correctly so it has a tendency to drip. Otherwise it is a great space saver and works great.
