Worked great for 11 months
This worked and looked great but leaked after 11 months. However we contacted Oasis and they are sending a new one to replace it. This is Grade A+ customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase one of their products again. We have had other water coolers at our office and when they went bad we got the "you're out of luck" story from the manufacturers. Go Oasis!

Too noisy
This machine looks good in image and in reality. It is slick and it does cool the water appropriately. However, it makes a terrible noise and its vibration resembles those road compressors that you see when they have road constructions. I am not sure if this particular model or this particular machine is defective, but the noise it generated is not compatible with having it inside the house. I returned it and I am awaiting refund, which they say they will deduct 25% for restocking fee. It is not fair to deduct that when a product is defective. In addition to the cost of shipping it back, I will end up losing 100$ or so.
Funny Taste
This product was brought in to provide water for my business. I still has a funny taste after several weeks of being plugged in and working. Also the cold water doesn't last very long before it's no longer cold.
