MY BAD LUCK OR A BAD PRODUCT ???!!!!!
To be clear, I purchased this Health Master Elite II (Montel's blender) from the Montel Health Master website. The blender stopped working after two months of light use. I only made fruit smoothies which only requires to run the blender for one minute to make a smoothie. So the combined time for that two month period was approx 35 minutes. The motor appears to have stopped working, as an electrician that has installed numerous motors over a 30 year career, this is a sign of a bad motor/product. Well, fine, just thought that I would send it back for a replacement/refund. This process started out fine but has turned into a large debacle. It has been two months since I started this "return" process and still am stuck with the blender. It started out with them saying a "return" authorization would be sent to me in the mail.
